Rhodiola rosea for stress and fatigue relief

Rhodiola rosea is a herb from Crassulaceae family.  It is best known for diminishing fatigue and weariness in elongated stressful conditions.  Rhodiola plays a magnificient role in reducing the impacts of protracted and slight physical exhaustion leading to fatigue. Rhodiola is known for it's tremendous effects in the nervous system.  Some studies reveal that this herb caters both cognitiove invigoration and emotional ataractic which lead to betterment in cognitive and memory function.  Also, helps in proper functioning of the brain.  Various studies have confirmed that rhodiola facilitates a reduction in mental and physical fatigue under stressful circumstances by enhancing the body's energy level.


In one study, the researcher confirms that rhodiola may help in reducing another afflicting symptom of stress known as anorexia.  Also, they concluded rhodiola act as claimed adaptogen and has anti -stress qualities.
