Ginkgo biloba is an extract prepared from the leaf of the Chinese Ginkgo tree. Ginkgo biloba extract contains two main constituents - Flavonoids and Terpenoids. Both these constituents have strong antioxidant properties. The various health benefits of taking Ginkgo biloba are as follows:
